APSU alum to perform in guest recital

Alumnus and pianist Brad Caldwell will join soprano Audrey Luna in a recital at 7:30, Friday, Nov. 3, in the concert theatre of the music/mass communication building. On the program are 鈥淟e Balcon鈥 and 鈥淟e Jet D'eau鈥 by Claude Debussy, 鈥淐hildren's House鈥 by Charles Ives and 鈥淵oukali鈥 by Kurt Weill.
A native of Hopkinsville, Ky., Caldwell is an adjunct professor of music at Miami University of Ohio. He received bachelor of science and master of music degrees in piano performance from Austin Peay, where he studies with Dr. Jeffrey Wood and Anne Glass. He continued post-graduate studies at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
Luna is assistant professor of voice at Miami University of Ohio. She performs internationally with the highly acclaimed Hagen Quartet and has appeared in more than 25 operatic roles. For more information, call 7818.
