Carmen C. Reagan
Outstanding Leader Award
The Carmen C. Reagan Outstanding Leader Award was established to honor community and university leaders whose involvement has strengthened the College of Business. Dr. Reagan is a former dean of the College and a community volunteer and philanthropic leader.
2025 is the first year that the award focused solely on the impact of current APSU College of Business students. The 2024-2025 recipients are:
