Housing & Residence Life

While you live in APSU's residence halls, you'll enjoy a rewarding experience. You'll be in the center of the university community, ready for both academic and co-curricular activities. Lasting bonds are developed, new ideas are formed, and memories are made.

Important Housing Update for Upper-Class Students

The experience of APSU housing has produced an exceptionally high demand and a limited number of available rooms for upper-class students. As a result, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to stop accepting new housing applications from upper-class students at this time. Accepting new applications will result in placing upper-class students on a wait-list that is not likely to yield an available room.

We understand that this may be disappointing news, and we do not make this decision lightly. Our goal is always to support students in securing housing, and we regret that we are unable to accommodate all requests this year.

We strongly encourage affected students to begin exploring off-campus housing options in the Clarksville area as soon as possible. At this time, you will have a much higher likelihood of securing housing in the Clarksville community due to the exceptionally high-demand and capacity on-campus.

If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us at housing@apsu.edu. Thank you for your understanding. APSU Housing
