APSU College of Business hosting 2019 Girls' Leadership Summer Camp June 10-14

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Middle school-age girls are invited to develop their leadership skills and build new friendships during the 2019 Girls’ Leadership Summer Camp, June 10-14, at Austin Peay State University.
Hosted by the APSU College of Business, the leadership camp includes a variety of exciting, interactive and hands-on activities designed to develop the self-confidence, teamwork, trust and problem-solving skills that foster success at this important stage in the participants’ lives. The camp includes indoor and outdoor activities designed to meet the interests, capabilities and opportunities of middle school-age girls. Participants will be challenged mentally, socially and physically in age-appropriate ways using the many resources available at Austin Peay.
The camp will enroll up to 30 girls who will be in the sixth, seventh or eighth grade in the fall. Participants will engage in activities from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., June 10-14, on the APSU campus. The cost per camper is $150, which covers activities for the week.
