ACCESS ENDS DECEMBER 2026

The ability to access and create Zoom media (i.e. cloud recordings and whiteboards) will remain available through the Fall 2026 semester. After Fall, Zoom media will no longer be accessible, and any media embed or linked from Zoom will stop working.

It is important to take immediate action and proactively manage your media. Please review your Zoom media and download any content you want to keep. Also consider deleting files you no longer need or have already downloaded. Visit the 鈥淶oom Transition鈥 tab below for detailed guidance.

Regarding Zoom recordings linked inside D2L, they must be downloaded before access ends in December 2026. Once downloaded, recordings can be uploaded to the D2L Media Library and used within your courses.
