Govs on the Go: Expanding Your Horizons

At Austin Peay, we're committed to providing diverse experiences that enrich your college journey. Our Govs on the Go program offers exciting off-campus trips tailored to various interests. From thrilling football games in Georgia to the magic of Dollywood and the adventure of skiing, there's something for everyone. Upcoming Trips

The Govs are on the Go to the Nashville Zoo! This spring trip will be open to students and guests at a reduced rates. Children of students will be free [for up to 3 children]! Transportation will be provided for those interested.

Registration will open in February, so check back in January for confirmed dates.

Join us for the Rocky Horror Picture Show Production at Clarksville's very own Roxy Regional Theatre. Tickets will be $5.00 per student and only open to students due to limited availability.

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors this winter break at Grayton Beach State Park! Join us to preserve nature by removing invasive plants, maintaining trails, and creating lasting memories while giving back. Hosted by Community Engagement & Sustainability. Past Trips

Join us for a welcome back event as we ice skate at Clarksville's very own indoor skating rink. Skate times will be from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM. This event is FREE!

Join us in attending a performance of Broadway's longest running musical: Chicago! For $20, students will have the opportunity to experience a Broadway performance at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Students can provide their own transportation or ride with university officials.

Join us for a fun event celebrating Coming Home, APSU's basketball homecoming! We are highlighting activities and businesses in the city this week and on Wednesday we're showcasing The City Forum. On Wednesday, February 5th from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, we will have 500 available tickets for students and two guests to have fun at City Forum. This event is FREE!

You and one guest can spend a night ice skating at Clarksville's very own indoor skating rink. Skate times will be from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM. This event is FREE!

Join us for a trip to the USA's first amusement park in Santa Claus, Indiana! Registration includes transportation and park admission.
