Registration with the Office of the State Architect

All designers must be registered and update their registration annually in December.

Diversity Business Enterprise:

• The (Go-DBE) is the central point of contact to attract and assist minority owned, women owned, businesses owned by persons with disabilities, service-disabled veteran owned and small business enterprises interested in competing in State of Tennessee procurement and contracting activities.

• Register for Certification and access the electronic Tennessee GO-BID System

• Firms interested in small business certification, review the  on how to apply.

General Information

• Questions will be answered, as deemed appropriate by APSU, in writing via addendum to all designers who have submitted a letter of intent via email to: udc@apsu.edu

• No oral responses will be considered official.

• Any dates listed in the Project Announcement, other than the Submittal Deadline date, are for reference only and are not a commitment to an actual schedule.

• Complete the Designer Letter of Interest Form (LOI) or Designer Request for Qualifications (DRFQ) as required in the packet.

• Email the required documentation to UDC by the date and time listed on the Project Announcement.

• Make sure the Project Name and Number are included in the subject line. Failure to strictly comply with the immediately preceding sentence will result in your submission to be considered non-responsive.

• If you have not done buisness with APSU in the past 2 years please complete the APSU Vendor Application below and submit to our Procurement office so you can be a registered vendor.
