Morgan University Center Game Room: Rules and Guidelines
Welcome to the Game Room at the Morgan University Center (MUC). This space is designed for the entire campus community to socialize, network, and enjoy recreational activities. The policies below protect equipment and ensure the safety and comfort of all users.

General Rules

ID Scanning: All users must scan their student ID upon entering the game room.

Operating Hours: The game room is open daily when the MUC is open.

Respect the Space: Keep the room clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the provided bins and return furniture and equipment to their original positions after use.

Noise Levels: Be mindful of others and keep noise to a reasonable level.

Supervision: No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the game room without adult supervision.
Equipment Usage

Board Games and Consoles: Handle all board games and gaming consoles with care. Report damages or missing pieces to the MUC Information Desk immediately.

Time Limits: During peak hours, limit gaming console use to one hour if others are waiting.

Personal Belongings: Do not leave personal items unattended. The university is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

Food and Drinks: Only beverages with secure lids are allowed. Food and beverages are not permitted near gaming consoles or playing surfaces.

Gaming Equipment: Gaming equipment may not leave the game room. Personally owned consoles may be connected to Game Room TVs but may not be connected to the network.
Conduct

Respect Others: Treat fellow users with respect and courtesy. Bullying, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.

Room Capacity: Adhere to the posted capacity limit to ensure a comfortable environment for all.

Whiteboard and Bulletin Board: Use for appropriate, relevant content only. Do not remove or deface existing materials, and please erase whiteboards after use.

Language: Inappropriate language is prohibited.
Safety

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In an emergency, follow the instructions of university staff.

Report Issues: Immediately report safety hazards, broken equipment, or suspicious behavior to the MUC Information Desk.

Trash Disposal: Place all trash in the waste or recycling bins.
Failure to Comply

Consequences: Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans from the game room and may lead to disciplinary action by the university.
