Coca-Cola at Austin Peay State University
Austin Peay State University is proud to have an exclusive partnership with Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution, L.L.C.. This partnership, established under contract C-18-0055, runs from July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2027.
As part of our agreement, Coca-Cola is the official and exclusive beverage provider for the university. This means that no competing beverage brands, products, or logos are permitted to be marketed, sampled, or distributed at any campus-controlled events. In special circumstances, the President of the University may grant an exception to this rule, but only after notifying Coca-Cola.
Please be advised that beginning October 27, 2025, Dr. Pepper products will be phased out of all campus dining and vending locations. This change is part of our exclusive partnership with Coca-Cola. In its place, we anticipate the launch of a new and reformulated Mr. Pibb.

Departmental Orders
University departments have the option to order Coca-Cola products for events and meetings directly through our local plant. Please note, ordering directly from Coca-Cola is not a requirement; departments may purchase Coca-Cola products from other retailers.
However, regardless of the vendor, only Coca-Cola products may be served at campus events to comply with the university's exclusive beverage agreement.
Placing a Direct Order

When placing your order, please provide the following information:

The type of Coca-Cola drink products you need. Products are sold by the case (24/case).

A two-week notice of the date and time you need the drinks by.

The delivery location, including the APSU building and room number.
Delivery Fees for Direct Orders

Free delivery is available for orders of $300.00 or more.

A $35.00 delivery charge will be applied to orders under $300.00.
