Lifeguard Courses

Shallow Water Lifeguarding

This course will provide you the knowledge  and skills to respond to water and land emergencies. You will learn everything in the CPR for the Professional Rescuer course as well as water rescues. This course is offered completely in person, where there will be classroom learning and skill sessions. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive a 2-year digital certificate for Shallow Water Lifeguarding (up to 6 ft) and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.

CPR Courses

CPR for the Professional Rescuer

Don’t let the name scare you! You do not have to be a professional to take this course. CPR for the Professional Rescuer provides you with the knowledge and skills to response to an emergency. These courses are offered as blended learning, where you will learn about how to respond to situations online and practice those skills during the in-person sessions. The online portion of the courses should take about 3 hours to complete. Red Cross courses follow along with OSHA requirements to satisfy workplace CPR requirements. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive a 2-year digital certificate for CPR for the Professional Rescuer.  

Our prices are $75 for members/students and $100 for non-members. To register for a class, you can call the front desk, register online, or visit us in person.  

If you would prefer a physical copy of the participant manual, you can choose to purchase one during checkout for $10. 

Registration for each course closes three days before the course date.

Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED

This course will provide you the skills and knowledge to care for injuries and cardiac arrest. These courses are offered as blended learning, where you will learn about how to respond to situations online and practice those skills during the in-person sessions. The online portion of the courses should take about 3 hours to complete. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will receive a 2-year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

Our prices are $75 for members/students and $100 for non-members. To register for a class, you can call the front desk, register online, or visit us in person.
