Fall 2026 Student Account Services Dates

July 15	Fee Statements issued and students can begin paying for Fall classes.
July 25 – August 20	Students who have direct deposit will be able to charge books, supplies at the campus bookstore.
July 25 – August 29	Students who DO NOT have direct deposit and will receive a refund check for the balance of their aid will be able to charge books, supplies at the campus bookstore.
August 24	Fall and Fall A — Classes begin Refunds by Direct Deposit will be available in student’s bank if student has a credit, student has signed up for direct deposit (via OneStop) and classes have been confirmed.
August 27	Fall and Fall A — Drop at noon for non-confirmation and/or non-payment.
August 28	Last day to receive 100% fee adjustment for Fall and Fall A
September 4	Balance checks mailed to students who have a credit and classes are confirmed.
September 6	Census Day for Fall & Fall A — Drop at noon for non-confirmation and/or non-payment. Still need to confirm? How to Confirm *If you are directed to a payment screen, you must pay the balance to be confirmed.
September 7	University Closed — Labor Day
October 12–13	Fall Break — No Classes; Clarksville & Ft. Campbell campuses open.
October 19	Fall B — Classes begin
October 22	Fall B — Drop at noon for non-confirmation and/or non-payment.
October 23	Fall B — Last day to receive 100% fee adjustment
November 1	Census Day for Fall B – Drop at noon for non-confirmation and/or non-payment. Still need to confirm? How to Confirm *If you are directed to a payment screen, you must pay the balance to be confirmed.
November 11	University Closed — Veterans Day
November 25	Thanksgiving Holiday — No Classes; Clarksville & Ft. Campbell campuses open.
November 26–27	University Closed — Thanksgiving Holiday
December 11	Commencement in the Dunn Center
