Meals
The APSU Little Govs Child Learning Center acknowledges its role in providing a well balanced diet, as well as education on food and nutrition for children and families. Breakfast and an afternoon snack are served daily. Children are required to bring their own lunch. We ask all families to follow the USDA guidelines. The center provides milk for breakfast and lunch.
The Center also has a role in providing an environment which supports the transmission of family culture and values.
Menus address the children's interests and individual needs, especially with respect to allergies, cultural and religious requirements. Menu design will ensure that USDA requirements are met.
Our center is a nut free facility. We ask that you please do not pack any peanut or nut butters in your child's lunch or snack, as some children may have severe allergies.
